betm Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the betm website at betm.cam, any associated mobile applications, and all services, games, and features made available through them.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the betm Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus credits held in your betm Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive credits awarded to your Account by betm, which are subject to additional wagering conditions.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or play of a game on the Platform using real-money or bonus funds.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by betm before withdrawals and certain account activities are permitted.
• "Applicable Regulations" means all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines, including directives issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and any other competent authority.

By accessing or using the betm Platform in any manner — including registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or simply browsing the site — you agree to be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the betm Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

betm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access real-money gaming features on betm, you must register an Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Register only one Account per person. betm operates a strict one-account-per-player policy.
• Not register an Account on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your Account.

betm reserves the right to decline any application for Account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons. Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not eligible to register on the betm Platform.

Identity Verification (KYC)

betm will require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. Accepted identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID card, or any other government-issued Philippine ID. betm may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. betm will verify your age as part of the KYC process using government-issued identification documents. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be refunded to the original payment method after deducting any promotional funds utilised.

betm cooperates fully with Philippine authorities in investigating and reporting instances of underage gambling. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the betm Platform, please contact our support team at once.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betm Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify betm immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as an additional layer of security.

betm will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. betm will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from betm and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

betm accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, credit and debit cards, and selected cryptocurrency wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Cashier page within your Account.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. betm does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Where a third-party deposit is identified, betm will return the funds to the source and may suspend the relevant Account pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your betm Account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. betm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on betm is ₱100, subject to the limits of the selected payment method. Specific minimums for each payment method are displayed at the time of deposit.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has completed KYC identity verification.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₱500.
• Your Account is in good standing with no pending security reviews.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as a fraud prevention measure. betm processes approved withdrawal requests within one to four business hours for verified accounts. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving financial institution or e-wallet provider.

betm reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where betm has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, betm may delay processing a withdrawal until the matter is resolved.

betm offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty Rewards. All betm promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus offers are available to players who are at least 21 years of age and have a verified betm Account.
• Unless stated otherwise, each betm promotion is available to one Account per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and any other conditions specific to a promotion will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made.
• betm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including clawing back bonus funds where abuse is detected.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

betm Rewards Programme

The betm Rewards programme allows eligible players to accumulate loyalty points based on wagering activity. Points can be redeemed for cashback, bonus credits, and other rewards as specified in the Rewards programme terms. betm reserves the right to modify the Rewards programme structure, point conversion rates, and redemption conditions at any time.

All games available on the betm Platform — including live casino, slots, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing a Wager.

betm uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for virtual games. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers using physical equipment under camera supervision. betm does not guarantee the accuracy of game display or streaming continuity where disruptions are caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that affects the integrity of a round or bet, betm reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's Account. betm's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to formal dispute resolution.

Sports Betting

Sports betting on betm is subject to additional market-specific rules. Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. betm reserves the right to suspend or void markets in exceptional circumstances, including errors in odds setting, match abandonment, or other force majeure events. The betm sports betting rules in full are accessible via the Help section of the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betm Platform and may result in Account suspension, voiding of winnings, and referral to Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the betm Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such discoveries must be reported to betm support immediately.
• Colluding with other players or betm employees to influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or claiming deposits were not received after playing with those funds.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour ("bonus abuse").
• Attempting to access the betm Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

All content on the betm Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, game content, and text — is the property of betm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betm Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the betm Platform without prior written consent from betm.

The betm name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of betm.cam. Unauthorised use of betm trademarks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betm shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

The betm Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While betm makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. betm's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to betm in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betm offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you fund your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the betm Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

betm enforces the 21+ age restriction rigorously and recommends that players with concerns about their gambling behaviour seek professional support from relevant organisations in the Philippines. If gambling is having a negative impact on your life or the life of someone you know, please contact betm support or seek help from appropriate responsible gaming resources.

betm reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or Account closure.

Upon Account termination, betm will return any verified real-money Balance to the player after deducting any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation. Where an Account is terminated due to fraud or a material breach of these Terms, betm reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending further review.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting betm customer support. Where a closure request is made, any pending wagers will be settled in the normal course before the Account is closed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable online gaming laws and regulations of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betm Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute, players are encouraged to contact betm customer support to seek an informal resolution. betm will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

betm's decision on any matter relating to game outcomes, bonus awards, or Account administration is final unless overturned by a competent regulatory authority.

betm reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, betm will notify registered players by email or via a Platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the betm Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting betm support.
